We are seeking an individual who desires to work in a market-focused logging environment.
This is a full-time, dayshift hourly position.
Hourly employees at this operation are represented by the IAM-AW Union.
Benefits (in accordance with the Labor Agreement) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plans, Vacation and Holidays.
Rate of pay is $31.
415 per hour.
Key Functions Safely and competently operate equipment and perform tasks as assigned while adhering to safety, environmental, production and quality standards Competent, qualified and able to work independently as well as a team Ability to conduct/assist with minor maintenance task as needed Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned (e.
g.
:
flagging, signage, run parts, gate maintenance, bucking) Ability to be trained and learn to operate various pieces of equipment Perform and assist on equipment inspections and fully support and participate in preventative maintenance procedures and routine maintenance repairs as they develop Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to run logging equipment (processor, shovel logger, loader) Safety-conscious, taking the personal initiative to work safely, contributing to the safety of the team members, and maintaining a safe work environment Successfully complete a post-offer physical exam, drug screen and background check What We Offer Compensation:
Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site.
The pay rate is $31.
415 per hour.
